How often do I need a root touch-up for gray coverage?
With full coverage, most people come back every 4–6 weeks, because gray regrowth shows quickly against color. Grey blending usually stretches that to 8–12 weeks.
What’s the difference between gray coverage and grey blending?
Coverage hides every gray with one solid color. Blending uses highlights and lowlights to soften gray into your color, so regrowth is less obvious and upkeep is lower.
Can I transition to my natural gray?
Yes. We use highlights and lowlights to break up the line between your old color and your gray, so the grow-out doesn’t look like a stripe.
Why won’t my gray stay covered?
Coarse, resistant gray can shrug off color. We adjust the formula and timing for it — tell us if past color faded off your gray fast.
